Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Doop at doop.design. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Doop is a multiplayer design canvas where people and AI agents design together. Doop is currently in beta and free to use: features may change, and we can't promise uninterrupted availability. We'll give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans or materially reducing what free accounts can do.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure — activity under your account, including activity by AI agents you connect via MCP, is your responsibility. Agent connections carry your identity; you can revoke them at any time.
Your content
You own what you and your connected agents create on Doop. You grant us the license needed to store, display, and transmit that content to operate the service — nothing more. We don't use your content to train AI models. If you share a canvas, the people and agents you share it with can view and edit it per the canvas's settings.
Acceptable use
- Don't break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious content.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access other users' data.
- Don't use automated access outside the documented MCP and API surfaces.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
Self-hosting
Doop's source is available on GitHub and can be self-hosted. Self-hosted deployments are governed by the source code's license, not these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or €50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
Ending things
You can stop using Doop and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: hello@doop.design.
